| WARRANTY & RETURNS For all unused / non-damaged returned items in original condition, in the original packaging with all original documents within 30 days of original purchase date, there is a 25% restocking fee on the item price (25 percent fee does not apply to cost of shipping/insurance). For used / non-damaged returned items in original condition, in original packaging within 15 days from original purchase date, with all original documents, there is a 35% restocking fee on the item price (restocking fees do not apply to cost of shipping/insurance). Shipping & insurance charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for all freight charges, of shipping product to buyer and shipping product back. Pro Mower & Snow Equipment can assist in return shipping and arrangements. Refund will be provided to the buyer within 7 business days from receipt of item. Exchanges: There is a 5% restocking fee on exchanged items, provided the item is unused, and in original condition with all applicable parts, packaging, manuals, etc. Shipping is non-refundable. Any special order or electrical items are not returnable NOTE: You must call to receive a return goods authorization number before you can send any products back.
